Common questions

A little clarity.
A more comfortable start.

Some of the things people ask when they are considering counselling.

Do I need to know which therapist to choose?

No. Share a little about what you are looking for and we can help you explore a suitable match. You can also request a particular therapist when you contact us.

What happens after I get in touch?

The practice will follow up to discuss your needs, therapist availability and appointment options. Sending an enquiry does not book a session or commit you to starting therapy.

Can I meet with someone online?

Online appointments are available with members of our team. Let us know your preference and where you will be located so we can confirm a suitable option.

How much does counselling cost?

Fees depend on the therapist and the type of session. Please ask for the current rate, session length and cancellation terms before booking. You are welcome to mention your budget when you contact us.

Will my benefits cover sessions?

Coverage depends on your plan and the professional designation of your therapist. Check with your insurer before booking, and ask us for the information you need to confirm eligibility.

What should I bring to a first session?

You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation of what is going on. Before your appointment, we will let you know about any intake information to complete and how to attend.
