Your privacy matters

Care begins
with trust.

Here is how information shared through this website is used, and how you can ask questions about your privacy.

When you contact us

We ask for your name, email address and a brief enquiry. You may also choose to share a phone number, therapist preference and session preference. We use this information to respond to you and discuss care options.

Please avoid sending detailed health information through the website form or regular email. The enquiry form is a way to start a conversation, not a clinical intake or medical record system.

How website enquiries are handled

Enquiries submitted through this website are sent by our email provider, Resend, to the Live Well practice inbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so the practice can respond to you directly.

The form uses server-side validation, an invisible honeypot, origin checks and rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. The hosting and email providers may process technical information, including network and browser information, to operate and protect their services.

The website does not keep enquiries in a separate application database. Messages received by the practice and its service providers may be retained according to the practice’s professional obligations and the providers’ policies. Access to enquiry information is used to respond to requests and administer care, not to sell your information for marketing.

Third-party services and links

The site uses Google Fonts for typography. The enquiry form uses Resend for email delivery. Links to maps and external resources take you to services with their own privacy policies. No advertising or behavioural analytics tags are included in this version of the website.

Consent and your choices

The form asks for your agreement to be contacted about your enquiry. You can also contact us by phone. To ask about access to your information, corrections, retention or withdrawal of consent, contact the practice. Some records may need to be retained to meet professional or legal requirements.

Privacy in therapy

Your therapist will explain how clinical information is handled, including consent, confidentiality and its limits, as part of the intake process. This website information does not replace that discussion.
