Nick brings a grounded, approachable style to therapy, with room for honest conversation and a little humour. He works with individuals, couples, families and young people, helping them make sense of difficult experiences and find a way forward that fits their lives.
His background includes hospital-based mental health work and supporting adolescents in school settings. His practice includes anxiety, depression, substance use, emotional difficulties and the stress that can come with family conflict or a relationship breakdown.
