Nick Lauwers
Clinical Director · Registered Social Worker & Registered Psychotherapist
Practical, thoughtful support for your wellbeing and the relationships that matter to you.
Meet NickPerson-centred, practical therapy for mental health, patterns of self and the pressures of everyday life.
You do not have to fit your experience into a neat category before reaching out. We begin with what matters to you, then draw on evidence-informed methods, honest feedback and practical strategies to help you move forward.
Our work can focus on mental health symptoms, self-esteem and recurring patterns, social or workplace difficulties, or a broader sense of purpose. You and your therapist can decide together which concerns to prioritize and what pace feels right.
We also welcome conversations about men's and women's issues, family-of-origin experiences, and spiritual or existential questions. Christian counselling is available when requested; faith is never assumed as part of care.
